Jess collaborated with me to create trainings for her staff over the space of two years and oversaw the work when I was on-site. She was a delight to work with for many reasons.
She managed many responsibilities well and was not flustered when things changed and we had to course-correct. Her attitude was up-beat; her passion for the mission of her organization and for the training I offered were huge assets to recruiting and retaining trainees. They were also inspirational and motivating for me.
She was well-organized, totally prepared and created a welcoming environment for both me as a visiting trainer and for the trainees.
I look forward to each occasion I have to work with/for Jess.
She will be an asset wherever she goes.
