CivicCLP
Had the privilege of leveraging my project management skills to contribute to the grant-funded initiative, CivicCLP. Since January 2020, I have planned, organized, and executed work aimed at fostering civic engagement with a focus on the First Amendment, with the goal of creating more informed and engaged citizens in the Pittsburgh community through library programs/events, services, and resources.
Facilitator Staff Trainings

From 2020-2022, I collaborated with Essential Partners (EP) in organizing Reflective Structured Dialogue facilitator trainings for library staff across Allegheny County, PA. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we successfully provided staff with training opportunities both on Zoom and in-person, led by the experienced facilitator, Bob Stains. With overwhelming positive feedback from participants and plans for future community conversations and engagements, you can learn more about this experience implementing these impactful training programs here.
Historical Tours

In 2018, I was led a collaborative effort to design and implement the 'Historical Tours of Main Library' experience. This engaging service offers participants the opportunity to embark on a guided tour led by trained staff and volunteer docents, exploring Andrew Carnegie's Main Library. Discover the captivating art and architecture that shaped this historic landmark, while gaining insights into the building's evolving interior over time. Innovation Grant:
Photo Booth
Awarded a microgrant in October 2017 that allowed me to research and purchase a portable photo booth (AirBooth) for Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. I created all setup and usage documentation, trained staff on its use which resulted in successful customer interactions during large-scale events. You can watch the video slideshow of this project here (no sound).
